Black Beard Fire 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If for any reason you don’t, we offer a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy from the day your order was marked delivered.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at blackbeardfirestarter@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief note describing the issue (this helps us improve)

Our customer service team will then provide you with the return address and, if needed, can generate a return shipping label for you.

Please note:

  • You may ship the item back using your own preferred method at your cost, or

  • We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product first.
Once we receive and accept your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

After your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
