See the fire plugs in action.
Customers praised this comprehensive fire starting kit for its reliability and ease of use. "Works great" and "starts a fire extremely quick" were common remarks. The ferro rod, arc lighter, and fire plugs received high marks, with shoppers noting it "lived up to the hype." Minor concerns included pouch size limitations and occasional difficulty lighting certain components with the flint rod.
Was able to use the fire plugs in combination with the arc lighter and it worked perfectly! It burned long enough to get the kindling burning and then the rest of the fire wood.
I live in Colorado and enjoy a good campfire! I like your fire starter kit so much I sent one to my grandson in Sitka Alaska! Im 75 years old and know a camp fire can be your best friend. Thank you Steve
Was an awesome and extremely easy way to get my campfire started.
My son and I are trying to get our equipment together for a go bag/survival bag and this was a great addition
I love for each of my bags to have fire starters. Recently ordered 2 kits from Black Beard and have already started putting them into a few bags.
After using some Black Beard fire plugs that had been given to me by a fellow YouTuber, I used them in an episode on my YouTube channel as well. I immediately got on the computer and looked them up. I was very happy with the performance of the product so I ordered the fire plug kit, with plugs, lighting rod, rechargeable arc lighter, and carry bag. I’m looking very forward to this spring and summer’s camping trips. If the rest of the kit functions as well as the fire plugs, there’s no doubt it’ll be the best fire starter kit I’ve used to date.
Thanks Black Beard for being proud of your product and in making something that “really works”.

It's a great fire starter kit, does the job really easily . The pouch has enough room for a small knife and has extra room additional fire starting tinder. I would highly recommend it.
Good quality products and a good overall experience for the first time ordering.
Great kit and great price!!!
Absolutely obsessed! I hardly ever believe in the Facebook ads and comments, but these lived up to the hype and then some. No sooner did we test one of the plugs out, did we place more in our cart to stock up on! We’re getting an extra of the farro rod and arc lighter too! Plus our friends who were with us when we tried it all out are sold and placing an order. Great product
I haven't had the chance to use the plugs that are in my kit yet, but the quality of everything seems to be great thus far! The tactical pouch it comes with is decently made and feels sturdy. The rod is durable and definitely tough, and the arc lighter is absolutely amazing. It starts a fire extremely quick. Overall I see nothing wrong with any of the products and would a hundred percent recommend to anyone looking for well-made fire tools/starting equipment!
Awesome product
I like it
It’s a great set for starting a fire. I will definitely be trying it out on my next camping trip
So far so good
Decent 👍 reviewing for the 10%
Great product!
Great product and service.
Love how compact it is easy enough my son can use
Still no books, disappointing ,but the product is great! Used it a handful of times to practice for an upcoming wilderness trip. Will probably buy some more sticks just to have on hand
Great product!
I love the kit itself with the electric fire starter and the Flint stick. However, I don't really care for the fire plugs. I found they didn't necessarily hold a flame right away, they were a bit harder to start, overall not my favorite. I'm much prefer the black rope ones that you have. I will be going back to those. I will not buy the fire plugs again.
Great product
Works great
So far, we like the functionality of the starter pack. Can't wait to use it for our first fire on a camping trip. We accidentally ordered a second pack that went to another house, so we'll use it for hurricane season when/if needed.
Great product!
Works perfectly...
They actually light wet so I will never have a problem starting a fire anytime of year!!!
Great product, works as advertised thank you
Fire starters and lighter have worked great. Haven't had a chance to start a fire with the striker.
