Products were quick to deliver. I received the plugs, ferro rod, wind proof matches, 2 sticks and a carrying case. These are going straight in my bug out bag. Tried the plugs and after throwing in water they caught fire very quickly with the ferro rod after pulling apart the plug. Highly recommend.

They work great which is why I use them when I built 4 emergency fire kits for the 4 members in the family.

I'm new to Faro Rods and firestarters etc. I found a bundle on the website that had a few things I thought would be really useful in certain circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of all the items in the bundle, the Stormproof Matches are super cool and the container they are stored in, has a Striker Plate on it. The Fero Rod I had to practice with but once I figured it out, I can throw sparks every strike! The pouch is nice (could be slightly bigger) but wouldn't hurt to be a little larger. I'm sure the point is that it doesn't require a lot of space, and you can neatly store your firestarter goods inside. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase and would definitely consider frequenting the website again for future needs!

Great kit

Ended up buying a Molle bag to fit everything, and the idea to mount the bag on a panel inside a vehicle but used the rubber patch to identify the bag. Will use the smaller bag that was with the kit for hikes.

Should be a good thing to have for camping and/or emergency situations.

Guys, this is the best thing for your bug-out bag or camping gear: it's insanely portable, it's compact, but most of all: IT WORKS. All the photos and videos you see online? Totally the real story - the plugs and the rope light with simple sparks from the ferro rod (and that thing makes a TON of sparks) and will light under any condition. It's a nice kit but the little sachel it came with is too small to fit everything inside of it. Wish it was bigger

There was another kit a bit larger than the one that I purchased this time, but it was “SOLD OUT” at the time. Perhaps by the time that I need to refill my supply it will be back in stock.

Way to use, even when wet!! Easily make fires anytime you’re in need.. OUTDOORS ONLY!!

Efficient and effective. Goes much further than they indicate if you’re a good fire builder. Only takes a little. Do I need this stuff? No. But I can’t think of any reason not to use it. It’s that quick and easy.

Great firestarting kit, everything you need. It's going in my emergency kit, but I had to try it out and was able to make my first fire with the Ferro Rod and a Fire Plug in just a couple minutes.
My only complaint is that the organizer bag is too small to fit everything in the kit!

Very great bundle for the price! 2 fire sticks, matches, a Ferro rod, and carrying case! Easily fits on a belt or survival backpack like shown. I will probably buy another as a gift!

Works as expected, the only thing I would like to touch on was the case. With this kit in particular, I feel like most people may be like me and buy it to put the whole kit in a bag. I had some trouble getting all the contents in the case. His isn’t a big deal for me as I build kits anyways. I just split the fire plugs up into a zip lock and took the storm proof matches and but it in another bag. Would be nice to have all in one case. However, this does not detract from the products’ performance. I’ll definitely be getting more products from you guys!

Argh, I always have my doubts when I order online but alas Black Beard has put together a fire kit made from quality materials..the extra length fero rod is incredible and I love the Paracord wrap and heavy rust proof coating you have to scrape off keeping it nicer longer..Both the rope and plug fire starters catch really easy and stay ablaze...this Pirate is extremely pleased... every thing looks grate

The fire plugs light extremely well but seem to go out easy with movement, as In if they roll or fall over, they go out.

I bought these for a tactical bug out bag. I was very pleased with what i got!

Love them, only messed with them a little in the yard but camping and testing in a couple weeks.
