I used to buy Fire Paste to use while out hiking, but can no longer buy it. I was doing a little research and came across your product. This time of year is always harder to get a fire going but I was IMPRESSED with this product. Thank you!This is an easy item to throw in your backpack and it did the job.
As you can see, my pack is full (& with my BioLite Eco Zoom Camp Stove equipment), so my extra fire starter & plugs are in a Ziploc bag. It's that time of year!😁

I was first introduced to Blackbeard from a friend that won a stick during a raffle from a local overland store. After seeing how long their fire starters burn and how easy they were to light I had to buy a kit. Everything has worked exactly as it should and we’ve been very impressed. The carrying case is nice and durable. There seems to be enough room for everything needed in the kit. We love that it is able to connect to our molle panels in the back of our 4Runner. The fire plugs are also very useful when you have good dry wood with smaller kindling to light!
Since i've started using black beard. I am always the one that is in charge of the fires now. I have shown many ways of how to use these and/or try not to get them to light. But they work every time. Never been able to get the whole kit. But the plugs are the best I've used. I'm sure there @blackbeardfire sticks are even better. Some stay in my truck year round. Don't go camping with out them. Weighs next to nothing. I used this with a Ferro rod and the product caught a spark really easily and held a flame for a workable time.

Consistently excellent! I never gave to worry about having fire when I camp. No matter how wet the wood is, black beards catches everything and gets it going in no time. I swear by Black Beards and give them as gifts to all my camping friends and family.

Haven't used them yet. Loved the reviews so, I'm positive I will love them too. I've wanted some for quite some time now. I purchased some for myself, my brother and my son to keep in our camping gear. Also, came with a badass sticker to add to my cup!

Everything arrived. Second order and i am very happy with the items. Starts easily really like the items all together starter sticks, fire plugs and ferro rod. Will buy again once i need them.
The easiest thing ever!! One to two strikes from the ferro rod and this is burning for almost 5 minutes.
