Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for approximately 99 percent of all shipments. In rare cases, we may use another carrier depending on package size, destination, or special circumstances.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by USPS, responsibility for delivery timing and handling transfers to the carrier.

While we are always happy to help guide you through any issues, delivery delays, transit times, or scanning updates are controlled by USPS once the package is in their possession.

If your tracking shows:

  • “In Transit”

  • “Arriving Late”

  • “Moving Through Network”

These updates are generated directly by USPS and reflect their internal handling process.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Please allow reasonable time for USPS to complete delivery.

  2. Contact your local post office first, as they often have more detailed tracking information than what appears online.

  3. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help file a claim or assist in the process.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
